Do you want to complete a technical program, earn an industry credential or license, and gain real-world career experience, all while in high school? Sheridan Technical College’s Career Dual Enrollment program makes that possible!
Students enrolled in CDE split their day between Sheridan and their high school, completing a high-skill, high-wage technical program while earning elective credits toward graduation requirements. Technical programs are offered in a face-to-face delivery, requiring students to be at Sheridan every day.
Career Dual Enrollment is open to all full-time Broward County students who will be enrolled in 11th or 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Home school students are eligible to participate if they are registered with the Broward Home Education Department.
The application window opens from December 1, 2025, to January 30, 2026.
